Earlier is always better for marquee events — Super Bowl, Masters, Olympics, F1 marquee races and major championships fill quickly. For regular season games and concerts, lead times can be shorter.

Refundability depends on the supplier, ticket type, hotel terms and event. We'll detail terms in your quote so you can decide before committing.

Schedules are set by leagues, tournaments and venues — not by VIP Pro Sports. Dates, venues, access and inventory are subject to change.

Yes. Almost every package we build is customized to the inquiring group's headcount, dates and budget.
